Medical decisions, including prescriptions, are solely at the discretion of our providers and are subject to medical appropriateness and legal restrictions in your state.
Blue Zone Clinic is not a substitute for emergency or urgent medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
When you enroll in a Blue Zone membership, you agree to recurring billing for the selected treatment plan.
We reserve the right to change pricing or discontinue services at any time, with appropriate notice.
All payments are processed securely through third-party services (e.g., Stripe). Charges apply only if a provider approves your treatment. You authorize Blue Zone to store and charge your payment method for subscription renewals unless canceled.
Because Blue Zone services include medical care and prescription products, we do not offer refunds once treatment has been approved and shipped. However, if you believe you’ve been charged in error or received a defective product, please contact support.
While telehealth offers convenience and accessibility, it may not replace all forms of in-person care. Limitations include the inability to perform certain physical exams or tests. You agree to these limitations and understand the risks of telemedicine.
All content on the Blue Zone website—including text, logos, and design—is protected by copyright and intellectual property law. You may not copy, distribute, or use this content without prior written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

*If you are interested in a prescription product, AgelessRx will assist in setting up a visit for you with a licensed medical professional, who will evaluate whether or not you are an appropriate candidate for the prescription product. If appropriate, he/she may write you a prescription for the product which is fulfilled at a partnering pharmacy, unless requested otherwise.
